The swim coach is responsible for teaching swimming technique to beginner and advanced swimmers between the ages of 5 and 18, organizing practices and swim meets, working closely with team parent representatives, and attending and participating in Liberty League meetings. Job duration is approximately six weeks during the summer. Familiarity with Team Manager computer program and previous coaching experience preferred.

Requirements:

· Experience as a swim coach or competitive swimmer

· Good with children of all ages

· Ability to collaborate with co-coach and team parent representatives

· Mornings, some evenings and Saturdays for practices and swim meets

· Must adhere to Liberty League rules and regulations

· Current Lifeguard and WSI Certifications

· Child Abuse, Criminal and FBI background clearances
